🕒 Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes to create or prepare your order. Shipping time refers to how long your package takes to arrive once it's been shipped.

• Standard Wig Construction Only: 24–48 hours

• Custom Orders with Add-Ons: Processing time varies based on selected services (bleaching, plucking, color, etc.)

• You will receive an estimated completion date once your hair is received and approved.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping time is determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout:

• First Class Mail: 2–5 business days

• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with USPS.

📍 Local Drop-Off / Pick-Up (If Applicable)

Local clients in the Houston area may be eligible for drop-off or pick-up. If you’re interested, please contact us before placing your order to arrange approval and instructions.
